USD 309 is seeking an Elementary Principal at Nickerson Elementary School for 2025-2026.  The start date for this position is August 1, 2025.  The annual contract is 10.5 months.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership to organize, administer, supervise, and evaluate a creative school program with particular attention to the teaching and learning process; work with teachers to collect, analyze, and interpret student data to guide instructional decisions; facilitate professional development to improve instructional practice and improve student achievement.
